Experience

  • Possesses over 20 years of diverse experience, having worked with several legal departments in government entities, as well as local and international law firms and companies.
  • Managed multiple legal departments within law firms and has been the Managing Partner of ADP since 2019. Drafted and reviewed numerous commercial and administrative contracts and agreements, both local and international, in addition to various other legal contracts and agreements. • Expert in litigation before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies at all levels, and in drafting regulations and legal memoranda.
  • Recognized as a legislative expert through his participation in drafting numerous regulatory projects in both government and private sectors, most notably: leading the legislative team at ADP in drafting the “Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence Exclusion Document” from the State Revenues Law, ratified by the Royal Decree; leading the legislative team at ADP in the “Branches Regulation” project for the Ministry of Sports; the “Investment Regulation” project with its approved models; and the “Clubs Sponsorship Regulation” project with its authorized models.
  • Specializing in managing governance projects with government agencies and the private sector, notably managing the governance project at “Modon” (Saudi Industrial Property Authority), where more than 18 regulations and policies were prepared and amended. He also led the governance project team for the Saudi Shooting Federation.
  • Oversees ADP corporate team in delivering innovative solutions, including mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurship solutions, and comprehensive legal due diligence (legal scrutiny of ignorance).
