Brings 40 years of extensive experience as a statutory expert, having retired at the fifteenth rank from the Council of Ministers’ Bureau of Experts on 01/07/1445 AH (Islamic calendar).
Represented the Panel of Experts in committees of legal experts and specialists from the GCC legislative departments.
Served as Vice-Chairman of the Committee for Resolution of Violations under the Banking Control Law.
Chaired numerous specialized committees, including those tasked with studying draft laws, regulations, organizational rules, and reviewing, amending, and updating existing laws and regulations.
Studied and drafted numerous local and international contracts and agreements with states and regional and international organizations across various fields.
Analyzed constitutional, administrative, commercial, international, civil, economic, legal, and regulatory issues, providing recommendations accordingly; additionally, studied strategic plans and various legal topics related to regulations in the Kingdom.
Examined final accounts and annual reports of many governmental entities.
Participated actively in committees responsible for official documents, archives, and the collection and classification of regulatory, executive documents, orders, and decisions.
