Mohammed Ali Al Ghamdi’s management and executive expertise in the real estate sector is demonstrated by his ability to build strategic relationships and partnerships. He has signed cooperation agreements with several state service programs, including the Wafi Program, Partnership Program, and Real Estate Institute Program, as well as collaborated with the Achievement Program and White Land Program. He has successfully attracted government investment projects and signed a partnership agreement with the Sharafat Program to market and sell lands and real estate to beneficiaries of the Ministry of Housing services. In addition, he possesses distinguished skills and experience in the sports sector, having held multiple leadership positions such as CEO of the Saudi Shooting Federation and advisor to its Board Chairman, Secretary-General of the Saudi Arabian Swimming Federation, and member of the Permanent Committee for Shooting Clubs at the Ministry of Interior. His accomplishments include building the organizational structure of the Swimming Federation and the national project, reformulating its objectives, and drafting administrative, executive, financial, and operational regulations.
